Tiffany Stevenson has served as Chief People Officer at WeightWatcher since January 2023. Prior to joining WeightWatchers, Ms. Stevenson served as Chief People Officer at Patreon, a membership subscription platform for creators, from May 2020 to November 2022.

She formerly served as Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer, Global Head of Communities at Box, a cloud-based content management company, where she led several HR centers of excellence including Box.org, earning multiple employer workplace distinctions. Prior to Box, she served for 12 years at Sephora, where she led the talent and Diversity and Inclusion practice for the Americas region. She also chaired the Advisory Board for Hitch Works and held a two-year post on the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
