After a lifetime of caring for others, I realized it was finally time to put myself first when I turned 50. I started WW through work with a simple goal: to be healthier. I appreciated that I was able to fit the program into my busy schedule.
My key to success was tracking every bite that went into my mouth. The WW app makes it so easy! I also used the app to find great recipes and keep up with the friends I made on Connect, WW’s social network. My Connect friends were by my side all the way, supporting me at every step. I never felt alone!
Over a three-year period, I lost almost 153 pounds, and have now been at my goal weight for six months. You’ll find me at WW Workshops for the rest of my life—there’s no going back after all the work I put into getting healthier. And since PEBB partnered with WW, I have the chance to develop an even bigger community through their Virtual Workshops. I hope to inspire others to take it one bite, one meal, one day at a time.
